Artist's Comments
This is me one Christmas years ago.It was the last Christmas with my family before going off to art college states away.
My parents being totally normal decided to have a gothic Christmas just for me. They admire and fully accept my style and love me for who I am.
All the decorations and tree ordaments were black and white. Our first Christmas without color. lol A Jack Skelenton doll was placed at the top of the tree, which I got to keep later (It is currently on top of a coffin in my dorm room. In here it's always Halloween).
In this scene, I sit at the foot of the tree holding a beautiful ordament, which was my favorite. I am a bit bummed because it is the only one of those we have and could find. I put that one in the very center of the Christmas tree.
